Everything was fine and clean, I loved location and staff. The bed was comfortable and it was great having central heating, an electronic key card and a work desk. It was fine time in Kyoto.

Nice base for exploring Kyoto. We loved staff and location and excellent prices. The rooms with ashtray, spacious shared bath, as for instance. Variety of goodies for breakfast.

Our stay there was very relaxing. Fantastic restaurant, amazing design, unbeatable location. Plus, it was close to the central station and the rooms were really cozy and quiet enough. We enjoyed Eijuan located at a medium distance from the hotel, had dinner there

Had wonderful stay in this comfy hotel, the staff were accommodating, location was perfect and close to the train station. The breakfast was sensational, with plenty of food options.
Disappointing aspect was a bit small bathroom.

Staff was delightful, rooms were unique and location was TOP. I enjoyed biscuits and hot waffles in the morning. Fabulous view of lake. Everything was terrific as expected, nonetheless the bathroom was uncomfortable. They made my stay stellar. Right place for one night.
